Trauma Survivor’s Coaching

Welcome to Resilient Growth Coaching Program

A 8-week, Individual Coaching experience, where you will take steps toward creating the life you want and move your life forward.

Trauma Survivor, it’s time to create new possibilities and start living the life you truly want!

You no longer want to continue to cycle through repetitive patterns related to past trauma and want a better life.

You’re tired of feeling stuck and want to move your life forward in a positive direction.

You know you were meant and destined for something more, but have trouble clarifying and articulating your next steps.

  • You have less than satisfying relationships.

  • You’re struggling to move toward your goals, due to trauma barriers.

  • You’re isolated and feel alone.

  • Your world view of how your life could improve has its limitations.

What if you could get unstuck from your trauma story and move forward into a more meaningful and better-quality life?

Imagine if you could move past barriers, allowing you to live the type of life you really want.

I’ll help you go from stuck to unstuck.

At the end of our work together, you will have opened up your life to more possibilities and will have taken steps toward the life you truly desire.

  • You’ll have more clarity on your life purpose and direction.

  • You will take steps toward having better quality relationships.

  • You will feel less isolated.

  • You will feel more self-empowered and will take action toward your goals.

  • You will be able to foster resilience no matter what curve balls life throws you.

  • What is Life Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” This can be focused on a variety of areas throughout one’s life. A coach primarily focuses on the present or future. A coach can assist a client with identifying what they want to achieve, encourage the client to identify steps and solutions, and help clients stay accountable toward their goals.

    What is Therapy?

The American Psychiatric Association defines Psychotherapy as “a way to help people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Psychotherapy can help eliminate or control troubling mental health symptoms so a person can function better and can increase well-being and healing.” The term Psychotherapy is often shortened to simply therapy.

Therapists can diagnose and treat mental health conditions and can bill mental health services through insurance companies. Therapy is mainly done by taking a step back to evaluate what has happened in the past, to improve current and future circumstances that may arise.

Therapy focuses on the past, present, and future. It is typically a more reflective approach that helps people make sense of their past and present experiences while making sense of emotions and behaviors along the way to improve their lives.
